We are looking for an Engineer Trainee

Key responsibilities

As an Engineer trainee, you will team up with the Manufacturing Excellence Manager within the Operations Department to:

  • Assist the IFMS Engineer on the deployment and execution of key projects
  • Define technical specifications, prepare business cases, execute projects and documentation
  • Assist the IFMS Engineer and the Maintenance Coordinator on defining/improving the Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance processes
  • Assist the team in defining initiatives to improve the quality of service/efficiency of utility systems

Key qualifications

  • Engineering degree – Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering or Similar
  • Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as an intern
  • Team spirit, Self-Motivation
  • Thrive for improvements and constant development
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Good written and oral communication skills
