Description	Combine the pleasant with solidarity’s actions! Enjoy your stay in India and engage in solidarity projects! Participate in the Anindita Women's Solidarity Project and activities in Mother Teresa's centers or elsewhere, and visit Kolkata and its environs (Shanti Niketan, Sundurbans, etc)! Accomodation: You will stay in a beautiful furnished apartment 5 minutes from the metro in a residential area, housing in a family condominium and secure. You can go to the women's project by public transport (25min) in Baruipur or go to the center of Kolkata by metro (30 min) where are the centers of Mother Teresa in the district of Kalighat, and places to visit : Victoria Memorial Hall, Flower Market, Park Street, New Market, Jain Temple, and temples along the Ganges! Social project ANINDITA : Anindita is a craft and social project which employs women who make textile accessories : tote bags, bags, purses, soap bags, pencil boxes, etc… sells in France, in India, and internationaly to schools, entreprises, associations and individuals. What you can do : Participate to the global strategy of the project Help us to find new partners Participate to the commercial strategy of the project Search for new buyers, contact new buyers Participate to sale of products in Kolkata towards international visitors at the city center Check quality of the products made according to the French or European standards Make inventary and participate to stock management and general organisation of the workshop Develop the offer of the products, search for new ideas of products Plan and develop actions of communication Contribute to make the project internationaly known through community management, social networks Make photos and videos for the project, of women, workshop, products Make communication print supports : leaflets, brochures, portfolios in English/French/other languages Help us to write and improve our website (FR and ENG) Communicate with the French-Indian association Swadhin Yatra which has launched this project in 2016 and goes on to support it Help the women to develop their professional skills, if you have skills in sewing or tailoring Make research about women’s conditions in India Mother Teresa’s centers : You can participate and help the nones in their daily work for the helpless persons, as a nurse, doctor, caregiver, etc. What are the goals of ANINDITA : Contribute to the independance of women in India through sustainable employment Support professional training, education and literacy of women and their children and family Accomodation : • Stay in a clean and furnished apartment, located in a familial condominium, in a residential area. • Shared accommodation, 3 beds, female only • Metro at 5 min, downtown at 30 min by subway • On arrival, no stress: we pick you up at the airport or at the train station Contact us now : Victor and Elodie DAS swadhinyatra@gmail.com +33768079107 www.swadhinyatra.fr Facebook Swadhin Yatra Facebook Anindita www.anindita-social.com
