Director of HR & Services – (French / MBA) – Egypt

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the following Departments within the HR & Services Department:        Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Services (incorporation of logistics, facility services, transportation, production) and travel (ticketing, accommodation and visa)

Financial responsibility for the whole department.

Accountable to establish and maintain the strategic workforce plan in order to manage the HR budget.

Accountable to establish and ensure implementation of a comprehensive IT strategy.

Ensure effective functioning of Procurement Department and Procurement rules (guidelines).

Ensure effective functioning of Facility Services, Production, Logistics, travel, accommodation, transportation and facility Management.

Establish policies and services that promote the vision and culture.

Managerial oversight of external vendors and suppliers of HR & Services.

Overall managerial accountability for daily operations of HR & Services for Administration.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  MBA, Economics and or relevant field.

Proven track record in similar leadership role (minimum 7+ years’ experience).

Demonstrated experience in managing external suppliers and customers.

Understanding of business functions, in particular Travel & Accommodation, HR, IT, Facility Services, logistics and Procurement.

Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and or French.
