AlphaSights Company is providing an internship opportunity in Dubai for those interested in the business field as a Graduate Associate in the Client Service Team of the company. Requirements:

1. Work experience of 0-1 years.
2. Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
3. Whilst English is required, AlphaSights is also looking for Turkish and/or Arabic speakers in particular.
4. Strong academic credentials gained from a degree of any discipline.
5. Innate curiosity and excitement about the world of business ideally evidenced through a choice of an undergraduate degree, past internships, etc.
6. High levels of extracurricular involvement and leadership.
7. A client-first mindset, which means a relentless commitment to work on clients’ behalf and surpass their expectations.
8. The drive and resilience to deliver excellent service amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances.

Responsibilities:

1. You’ll act as the connection point between AlphaSights’ clients and industry experts.
2. Understand clients’ knowledge gaps and identify experts with the knowledge that can address them.
3.  You’ll need to think quickly yet critically, conduct high-level research on companies and industries, and identify the world’s best experts with the right experience and insights to address the questions of AlphaSights’ client.
4. You’ll spend considerable time on phone and email reaching out to people and assessing whether they possess the knowledge AlphaSights’ clients seek, and you’ll connect qualified experts to the clients.
5. Working on several client requests at once, you’ll quickly develop an effective project, client, communication, and time management skills.
